In the present world of chaos, kidnap and abuse of the right of women. The Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey has urged women in the country not to smile or laugh in public.According to his words he said "women should not laugh in public". This has caused ripples in the women folds in the country and they all taken the social media by storm to respond to this weird request simply by  LAUGHING.
